President-Elect

Jen Hoseth
jennifer@lonecrowranch.com

My name is Jen Hoseth and my family owns Lone Crow Ranch in Eltopia, Washington. Our family consists of me, my husband, Cody, and our two sons, Wyatt and Weston. Our first-generation ranch started 12 years ago with Cody using his fencing & hay delivery paychecks to buy his first 5 steers. After we met, we started selling our meat at farmers markets in the Spokane area. We built a large following in 2020, and our meat sales allowed us to expand. We now operate a Wagyu-cross cow/calf program, a small feedlot, and a USDA meat processing facility, in addition to two meat retail stores and our direct locker beef program. Our goal is to help other ranches establish and improve their own ranch-direct meat programs, and strengthen the farm-to-table movement in the Northwest!
